If you need to make changes to a public schedule:

  1. Access your tournament.
  2. Go to Scheduling > Drag/Drop or Batch.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. When finished, return to the General Info page
  5. You will see a note that alerts you to the changes that were made. Click on "Click here".
  6. Review the Schedule Changes.
  7. Type PUBLISH (must be in all caps) into the text box.
  8. Click Publish Changes.
  9. If you have coaches emails entered for each team, you can select Notify coaches affected by changes to send a communication to let them know their game(s) have been changed.
