To enter coach contact information in order to request a roster for a single team:

  1. Access your Tournament.
  2. Click Divisions.
  3. Click Bulk Edit Team Contacts.
  4. Fill out the form as needed.
  5. Click Save.

Once the coach contact information has been saved, you can send an email requesting the rosters by:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. Click Send Roster Review Email All Teams.
  3. Select whom you'd like to send the email to.
  4. If you'd like to write your own message in the body of the email, please take care not to mess with text appearing in brackets. I.E. [Team Name Place Holder].
  5. When finished, click Send.

NOTE: You can set which fields are displayed and required for rosters from General Info > Advanced Settings > Roster Settings.

To see how many rosters have been added:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. Click Team Roster Count Report.
