Request Rosters from All Teams
To enter coach contact information in order to request a roster for a single team:
- Access your Tournament.
- Click Divisions.
- Click Bulk Edit Team Contacts.
- Fill out the form as needed.
- Click Save.
Once the coach contact information has been saved, you can send an email requesting the rosters by:
- Click Reports.
- Click Send Roster Review Email All Teams.
- Select whom you'd like to send the email to.
- If you'd like to write your own message in the body of the email, please take care not to mess with text appearing in brackets. I.E. [Team Name Place Holder].
- When finished, click Send.
NOTE: You can set which fields are displayed and required for rosters from General Info > Advanced Settings > Roster Settings.
To see how many rosters have been added:
- Click Reports.
- Click Team Roster Count Report.
