Messages sent through the tournament system will only be received by users who have opted in to receive emails/notifications.

Please note the following:

  • Messages are sent as a text and/or an email, depending on how the user has signed up to receive messaging.
  • A subject is only included when emails are sent.

To send the message:

  1. Access your tournament. 
  2. Click Send Message.
  3. Fill out the form as desired, taking into consideration the limitations of emails/texts.
  4. Choose the desired Send Type and Recipient Type.
  5. Select to whom you'll be sending the message.
  6. When finished, click Send Message.
